Effective date: August 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Slope Slayer ("Slope Slayer", "we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of this website
This website provides information about our services and lets you request estimates and contact us. You agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when you contact us. You represent that you are at least 18 years old or using the site with a parent or guardian's involvement.
Estimates and service information
Content on this site, including service descriptions and any pricing context, is for general information. Estimates are provided individually and services are governed by the written agreement or proposal for your specific project, not by this website.
Text messaging (SMS)
Where text messaging is offered and you opt in, messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service and account updates, responses to your inquiries, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, and, if you separately consent, marketing messages. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP, after which we will confirm your unsubscribe by text and send no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

The content of this website, including text, images, and design, belongs to Slope Slayer or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Customer photos and testimonials are used with permission.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slope Slayer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here alters the terms of any written service agreement between us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes should first be raised with us directly so we can try to resolve them informally.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
